about the company

True style starts with the freedom to be yourself, on your own terms.

We celebrate individuality and the power of choosing small, independent businesses over fast fashion giants. Every purchase made with us supports a slower, more intentional way of consuming fashion—one that values people, stories, and craftsmanship over mass production.

Clothing is more than fabric—it's our armour. It offers us comfort, utility, and the quiet strength to show up confidently in the world. Whether you're dressing to blend in or stand out, we believe clothes can transform the way we feel about ourselves.

Clothing is political. In an era of climate crisis, what we wear—and where it comes from—matters deeply. We advocate for a more sustainable future by embracing circular fashion, encouraging people to shop vintage and pre-loved, and helping reduce the fashion industry’s heavy carbon footprint—one garment at a time.

Clothing is a message. It tells the world who we are, what we value, and how we choose to show up. From the smallest detail to the boldest silhouette, each piece speaks volumes before we even say a word.

Clothing is history. Each vintage garment carries echoes of the past—ideas, art, culture, and identity woven into its seams. Garments are a living archive of the human experience, and through it, we honour the stories that came before us while writing our own.

how do i properly look after my garment?

Proper care and cleaning can extend the life of your garments and reduce unnecessary environmental impact. While it's tempting to toss everything in the laundry after a single wear, many items don’t need to be washed that frequently. Below is a general guide, but always check the care label first — this is the best way to preserve the fabric, fit, and finish of your clothing. Only dry clean garments when the label explicitly says so; unnecessary dry cleaning can degrade materials over time.

General clothing care guidelines
T-Shirts & Tank Tops: These should be washed after every wear, as they sit close to the skin and absorb sweat and oils.
Shirts (Blouses, Button-Ups): Wash after 1–2 wears, depending on activity level and climate.
Dresses: Typically need washing after 1–3 wears, especially if worn directly against the skin.
Pants (Dress Pants, Casual Trousers): These can be washed after 2–3 wears.
Jeans: Levi’s recommends washing after every 10 wears to maintain shape and reduce environmental impact. Washing less frequently can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 75%.
Blazers, Suit Jackets, & Structured Outerwear: Clean after 4–5 wears, or as needed if visibly soiled or odorous.
Coats & Seasonal Outerwear: Spot clean as needed and do a thorough wash or dry clean once per season.
Sleepwear: Wash after 2–3 wears, depending on personal preference and skin sensitivity.
Workout Clothes & Swimwear: Should be washed after every use, as fabrics like elastane and nylon trap sweat and bacteria. Wash inside-out in cold water with mild detergent (consider adding a splash of white vinegar) and air dry to prolong elasticity and fit.
Wool Sweaters: Wool is naturally odor-resistant and self-regulating. Airing between wears is often enough. Wash after 5 wears, or even just once per season if the garment is well maintained.
Bras: These are often over-washed. Unless you've been sweating heavily, hand wash after every 2–3 wears. Over-washing can break down elasticity and reduce longevity.

help! I accidentally put the wrong address

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in the shipping address during checkout. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make the correction in time. However, once the item has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the package or any delivery issues arising from an incorrect address.

In such cases, we recommend calling the carrier directly to request a delivery change — this must be done by the recipient listed on the shipping label. Unfortunately, we are unable to make those changes on your behalf.

We do not offer replacements, reshipments or refunds for orders lost due to address errors. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
Packages returned to us due to an "Invalid Address" will be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
